The best of the Opening Ceremony - London 2012 Olympics

Ieri sera, come milioni di spettatori, abbiamo guardato la cerimonia d'apertura dei Giochi Olimpici 2012 a Londra.

Di solito non la guardiamo dunque non potremmo farvi il paragone con le edizioni passate di Pechino etc...ma dobbiamo ammettere che questa ci ha completamente conquistate grazie alla sua "magia".

La Regina Elisabetta II accompagnata da un affascinante James Bond (Daniel Craig anche se Sean Connery rimane x noi il prediletto) Capi di Stato, Celebrities e Spettatori da tuto il Mondo hanno avuto la fortuna di assistere, in diretta dallo Stadio Olimpico di Stradford, ad uno show come si deve inspirandosi alla cultura Britannica che va dalla Letteratura al Pop con un incredibile colonna sonora danzante (Muse, Paul McCartney, Emeli Sandé, Melting Pot di canzoni Pop etc...) il tutto realizzato da Danny Boyle (Slumdog Millionaire).

Hier soir, comme millions de spectateurs, nous étions devant notre post de télé pour regarder la cérémonie d'ouverture des JO  2012 à Londres.

Nous n'avons pas l'habitude de la regarder donc nous ne pourrons pas vous dire si celle-ci est mieux que celle de Pékin etc..., mais nous devons dire qu' elle nous a conquise avec toute sa "féerie".

La Reine Elisabeth II escortée par un beau James Bond (Daniel Craig, mais notre préféré reste toujours Sean Connery), Chefs d'Etats, Célébrités, Spectateurs du Monde entier ont eu droit, en direct du Stade Olympique de Stradford, à un show digne de ce nom puisant dans la culture Britannique qui passe de la Littérature au Pop avec une incroyable B.O dansante (Muse,Paul McCartney, Emeli Sandé, Melting Pot de chansons Pop etc...) le tout réalisé par Danny Boyle (Slumdog Millionaire).

Last night, as millions of viewers, we were in front of our TV to watch the opening ceremony of the 2012 Olympics Games in London.

We do not usually watch it, so we can't tell you if it is better than Beijing etc...but we must said that it has conquered us thanks to its "fairy".

Queen Elisabeth II was escorted by a lovely James Bond (Daniel Craig, but our favourite is still Sean Connery) Heads of States, Celebrities, Worlwilde viewers watch , live from the Stradford Olympic Stadium , an incredible show drawing on the British culture that goes from Literature to Pop with a huge soundrack (Muse, Paul McCartney, Emeli Sandé, MeltingPot Pop songs etc...all directed by Danny Boyle (Slumdog Millionaire).

"Soldes" on the Croisette

 Giornata a Cannes alla ricerca dei vestiti da sera (Black Tie oblige) x il matrimonio della mia "Pulci" ma sfortunamente una è ripartita a mani vuote :( (speriamo trovare a brevissimo visto che è per la testimone lol) ma pero' abbiamo passato una giornatina come piace a noi tra giretti per negozi , lunch al "Volupté" (nostra tappa obbligatoria x riempire le pancie) con i suoi deliziosi paninetti, i suoi semplici dolci, e con il loro super tè freddo per dissetarsi, il tutto fatto in casa e con prodotti di stagione; e in fine una mostra fotografica (10' Festival di Cannes Foto Moda) sulla famosa Croisette. ;) 

Petite journée Cannoise alla recherche de robe du soir (Black Tie oblige) pour le mariage de ma "Pulci" mais malheureusement sans grand succès pour une d'entre nous :( ( espérons d'en trouver une au plus vite vu que c'est celle pour la témoin lol) par contre nous avons passé une petite journée comme on les aimes parcourant les magasins, pause-déjeuner au "Volupté" (notre endroit préféré pour reprendre des forces) avec ses délicieux sandwich à l'italienne, ses gateaux de tous les jours et avec leur super rafraichissant thé froid, le tout fait maison et avec des produits de saisons, et pour bien finir la journée une petite expo photographique (10E Festival Cannes Photo Mode) sur la fameuse Croisette. ;)

Day in Cannes looking for an evening dress (Black Tie required) for the weeding of my "Pulci" but unfortunatly without much success for one of us :( ( hope to find one as soon is possible for the made of honnor lol) but we spent the day in the way we like, doing shopping, lunch at the "Volupté" (our favorite spot for eat something) with its delicious italian sandwich, great cake and their super refreshing iced tea, all homemade and with seasonal products, and at the end a small photographic exhibition (10E Festival Cannes Photo Mode) on the famous Croisette.  ;)
